Feedtech Product Schedule

1.1 HRH may quote, source and supply Feedtech equipment as an authorised dealer or reseller and local product contact.

1.2 Feedtech manufactures Feedtech branded equipment. Unless expressly included in an accepted quotation, HRH does not act as the manufacturer, designer, engineer, installer, certifier, electrical contractor, building contractor or project manager for that equipment.

1.3 Current Feedtech specifications, manuals, operating instructions, safety documents, voluntary warranty conditions and product-specific requirements apply to installation, operation and maintenance.

2.1 Equipment selection depends on the information supplied by the Purchaser, including stock type and numbers, ration, feed and grain type, additives, throughput, required capacity, refill method, towing equipment, power, site layout, access, clearances, existing equipment and intended use.

2.2 The Purchaser must ensure that this information is accurate, current and complete before ordering.

2.3 HRH may provide factual product information, manufacturer specifications, available configurations and questions to assist the Purchaser's assessment. The Purchaser remains responsible for selecting and confirming equipment that suits its operation, site, staff, workflows and legal obligations.

2.4 HRH may request further information and may decline to accept an order where the supplied information is incomplete, the proposed use is outside published specifications or supply would create an unacceptable safety, legal or credit risk.

3.1 The Purchaser is responsible for preparing a safe and suitable delivery site, including vehicle access, ground conditions, lifting equipment, labour, clearances, traffic management, site inductions, permits and approvals.

3.2 Unless HRH expressly agrees otherwise in writing, unloading and movement after delivery are the Purchaser's responsibility at the Purchaser's cost and risk.

3.3 Additional freight, waiting time, failed delivery, redelivery, lifting or access costs caused by site conditions, delay or incomplete information may be charged to the Purchaser.

4.1 Unless expressly included in an accepted quotation, installation, electrical work, mechanical fitting, commissioning, calibration, staff training, guarding, site works and approvals are the Purchaser's responsibility.

4.2 Electrical work must be carried out by a licensed electrician where required. The Purchaser is responsible for checking power supply, phase, voltage, load, isolation, cabling, protection, generator compatibility and compliance before equipment is connected or operated.

4.3 The Purchaser must not operate equipment until it has been installed, checked and, where required, commissioned in accordance with current manufacturer documents, safety requirements and applicable law.

5.1 The Purchaser must read, retain and follow current manuals, safety documents, operating instructions, maintenance schedules, warning labels and written directions supplied with the equipment.

5.2 The Purchaser is responsible for staff training, safe operating and lockout procedures, guarding, supervision, maintenance, cleaning, inspections and records.

5.3 The Purchaser must not overload, modify, relocate or adapt equipment, bypass a safety system, use incompatible feed or additives, tow beyond rated limits, operate outside the accepted quotation or use equipment contrary to manufacturer documents.

5.4 The Purchaser is responsible for damage, failure, injury, loss or reduced performance to the extent caused by misuse, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, incompatible inputs, unsuitable power, unsafe or unsuitable site conditions, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions.

6.1 Capacity, throughput, dosing, milling, conveying, feeding and other performance depend on the complete configuration, input material, density, moisture, consistency, power quality, installation, calibration, maintenance, operator practice and environmental conditions.

6.2 Climate, natural weather, wind, dust, heat, moisture, corrosion, electrical phase, voltage fluctuation, generator or grid conditions and other site variables may materially affect performance and service life.

6.3 Product figures are indicative and based on stated assumptions or manufacturer test conditions unless the accepted quotation expressly identifies a guaranteed value for the complete installation. HRH does not promise a deterministic operating life or outcome where variables outside HRH's reasonable control materially affect performance.

7.1 Feedtech's applicable voluntary warranty terms, claim requirements, exclusions, inspection requirements and remedy process may apply to Feedtech equipment.

7.2 The Purchaser should retain proof of purchase and maintenance records, provide photographs, video or operating records where reasonably requested, and stop using equipment where continued use may worsen damage or create a safety risk.

7.3 A claim may require inspection, testing, repair or return of the equipment to Feedtech or a nominated service facility. Subject to applicable law, the Purchaser may be required to make the equipment available or prepay return freight where required by the manufacturer.

7.4 HRH may assist with product information, supplier communication, parts and claim pathways but does not control or guarantee Feedtech's assessment or voluntary warranty decision.

7.5 Nothing in this section excludes or transfers an obligation that HRH has as the supplier under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

8.1 HRH may direct the Purchaser to purchase a product directly from Feedtech or another manufacturer or supplier, or may purchase and resupply the product.

8.2 Where the Purchaser contracts directly with a third party, that purchase is between the Purchaser and the third party under the third party's terms, conditions and warranty.

8.3 Where HRH sells the product to the Purchaser, HRH's General Terms and Conditions of Sale and this Schedule apply in addition to applicable manufacturer specifications, manuals and voluntary warranty conditions.

9.1 Feedtech brochures, manuals, product images, logos, diagrams, specifications and documents remain the intellectual property of their owner.

9.2 The Purchaser may use documents supplied with the equipment for installation, operation, maintenance and internal training but must not reproduce, alter, publish or distribute them beyond that purpose without permission.

9.3 Website copy, brochures and general product descriptions are general information only. The Purchaser must check the accepted quotation and current manufacturer documents for the equipment being ordered.

10.1 Before ordering, the Purchaser must review and confirm the selected equipment, configuration, intended application, stock and feed information, capacity requirements, power, site and support arrangements.

10.2 The Purchaser acknowledges that Feedtech equipment performance depends on the complete configuration, installation, operating inputs, maintenance and site conditions, and that HRH supplies equipment rather than a designed or engineered complete system unless the accepted quotation expressly states otherwise.

10.3 This Schedule must be read with HRH's General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including its Australian Consumer Law, liability and claims provisions.
