Silo details
Capacity, base, cone angle and existing ducting determine what needs checking first.

We quote and supply silo aeration fans, kits, controllers and accessories across QLD and Northern NSW, with product support afterwards.
In Queensland's climate, stored grain is vulnerable to heat, moisture, and insects from the day it goes in. Moving cool, dry air through the stack is the most effective way to hold quality and grade through the season.
Talk to us about your setupThe Cost of Poor Aeration
Heat, moisture migration, and insects are the main drivers of in-store grain loss, and correctly sized aeration addresses all three.
Fan, kit and controller options vary with capacity, base type, cone angle, stored grain and how the silo is used.
Capacity, base, cone angle and existing ducting determine what needs checking first.
Fans, kits, controllers and vents are narrowed around the airflow the grain actually needs.
Parts, seasonal questions and upgrade pathways remain local through HRH.
Tell us your silos, what you're storing, and how long you need to hold it. From that we work out the airflow your grain needs to cool properly.
The correct fan, kit, and (if it suits you) a controller, available for your volume and budget. No undersized fans, no overspend.
We fit and commission the complete system, fan, ducting, controller, and confirm it's running correctly before we leave the farm.

Send a questionIt comes down to your silo's volume and the airflow needed to cool the grain. Tell us your silo sizes and we'll work out the right fan, not undersized, not overspec.
Usually, yes. We retrofit aeration to most existing silos, conical, flat-bottom, and poly, once we've checked the base type and cone angle.
Not always, but it often pays off. A controller runs your fans only when the outside air will actually cool and dry the grain, which saves power and protects quality. We'll tell you honestly if it's worth it for your operation.
